This morning, Thursday, June 28, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the Obama Administration's healthcare law in a 5-4 decision, with Chief Justice Roberts siding with the majority. In Roberts' opinion he states... "...the controversial individual mandate may be upheld and is within Congress’ power under the taxing clause rather than the commerce clause." Chief Justice Roberts also writes that the Court is not making a judgment on the wisdom of the healthcare law as that is for the people to decide.
