For this week’s Fall Through the Cracks Friday we’re taking a bit of a different approach. Instead of highlighting something funny, off beat or simply strange we instead decided to share a video from Ted.com (one of our favorite and regular FTTCF sources) featuring Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg addressing the issue of women in leadership roles in industry.
