PLUS Foundation Hurricane Sandy Relief

Acting on our mission to reflect the generosity of the professional liability community, PLUS Foundation is mobilizing resources to help those devastated by Hurricane Sandy.  Losses are vast and varied, and those hit hardest still struggle to meet their basic needs.

We are asking PLUS members and colleagues to help us support the food banks serving the highest impacted areas from this devastating storm.

For every dollar donated through the our website (up to $50,000), PLUS and PLUS Foundation will each MATCH it!  That’s $3 for every $1 donated going directly to these charities.  If your employer matches your donation, we’ll match that too – that’s $6 for every $1 you donate!

• Food Bank for New York City – serving all five boroughs
• Island Harvest – serving Long Island
• Food Bank of Monmouth & Ocean Counties – serving areas of New Jersey

You can designate your donation to your preferred food bank, or our general fund to be divided equally among the three organizations.  100% of all donations will be passed on to the selected charities. Donations must be received by December 14, 2012 to qualify for matching program.
