D&O Exposures Outside the U.S.

From the 2013 D&O Symposium session “Going Global: A Perspective on D&O Exposures Outside the U.S.”  panelists Lee Lindsay (Aon), Nilam Sharma (Ince & Co. LLP), and  moderator David B. Williams (Chubb & Son Inc.), discuss the impact the global financial crisis had on non-U.S. directors and officers actions and some of the key underwriting considerations when writing a D&O policy for non-U.S. coverage.
