Take the Lead – A Women’s Leadership Network Event

Kudos to the Women’s Leadership Network, Boston and the New England Chapter for hosting a fantastic event on February 28 featuring Betsy Myers, Former Senior Adviser to Presidents Obama & Clinton, and Founding Director of the Center for Women & Business at Bentley University.

Ms. Myers shared stories from both the Clinton and Obama White Houses, as well as the world of academia at Harvard and Bentley Universities. Speaking to a capacity crowd, she shared her insights into the changing nature of modern leadership, and how she believes women have an opportunity to take the lead and motivate, inspire, and be effective leaders.

Thanks to PLUS Director of Education Deborah Ropelewski, CPCU, AU, ARM, ARe, CPIW for the write-up of this great event.
