Stanford’s Michael Klausner on Securities Class Actions (Part 3)

The April issue of PLUS Journal featured a study, “When Are Securities Class Actions Dismissed, When Do They Settle, and For How Much?—An Update,” authored by professor Michael Klausner, director of securities litigation Jason Hegland, and research fellow Matthew Goforth of Stanford Law School.

Recently the staff of PLUS Blog spoke with professor Klausner about the study and results – what follows is part three of a three part interview with him on the subject.
