In this clip from his speech at the 2013 PLUS Hong Kong Professional Liability Regional Symposium, Dr. Anthony Neoh, former SFC Chairman and Chief Advisor to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, discusses the differences in financial regulation throughout the globe, specifically as it relates to politics and “shadow banking.”
