First Impressions and Non-Verbal Communication

Earlier this week at PLUS Blog we posted a quick video on the importance of networking – a very timely topic given the slate of PLUS chapter events this week. Today, we look at how quickly first impressions can form (it’s shockingly quick), and the role that non-verbal communication plays in forming them.
