On September 3 the PLUS Texas Chapter gathered in Houston for an educational session on “An Industry in Flux: Lessons from the Oil & Gas Sector.” Attendees heard from insiders from the insurance and energy industries as they discussed legal exposures, merger and acquisition considerations, and more.
