Not clear on “Separate enitities” -TU 90 (06/08) – “… if any claim under this policy is also covered by one or more other policies issued by the Company to the person or entity named in Item 1. …Company shall not be liable under this policy…”. If the entities are same insured, 3M limit. If not, the non-stacking does not apply – operative wording – “to the person or entity in Item 1” – Named Insured. this logic applies regardless of servers, vendors etc. if arising from same event.
