About the Charity:

The Pink Giraffe House (www.thepinkgiraffehouse.org ) is a safe haven for young victims of abuse, neglect or abandonment who need protection from immediate danger at home. Services include mentor support, street outreach, drop-in center, case management and traditional housing.

From PLUS Member Nick Economidis:

“Gaetane Pauwels, the executive director of the Pink Giraffe House was thrilled, and the timing was very good.  With the cold weather and ice storms that Houston was experiencing, they were getting a larger than normal inflow of kids looking to get out of the cold.  They were in definite need of supplies!

Check out this video tour of the facility, and thanks to everyone who participated to support this terrific cause.
