On July 17 the PLUS Southeast Chapter gathered in Orlando to discuss trends in Cyber-Crime appearing in the different industry sectors of D&O, EPL, Fiduciary Liability and the “special crime” areas of kidnap, ransom and extortion exposures. The seminar included individual presentations from a computer technology expert, a cyber insurance underwriter, an insurance cyber claims analyst, and an attorney specializing in cyber security defense litigation.
