Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) are more than a trend. In the last few years, companies have raised over $10B selling digital coins or tokens through ICOs and the phenomenon has attracted a deluge of attention from regulators, investors, entrepreneurs, and even some mature companies looking to crowdfund off of the digital craze. For the D&O industry, ICOs present new challenges in terms of coverage, pricing and risk. In this session, the panelists will discuss the current state of ICOs, the regulatory environment, coverage trends and what’s next.
