PLUS Eastern Chapter Supports Monday Night Hospitality

The PLUS Eastern Chapter is supporting Monday Night Hospitality as its 2018 Chapter Charity recipient. Monday Night Hospitality provides compassionate social services by serving a hot fresh meal to the homeless, elderly, unemployed and poor residents in a dignified style with table cloths and music. 30,000 meals are served each year to the community on Monday nights.

Beth Goldberg and Brian Braden volunteer with Monday Night Hospitality earlier this year.

The volunteer experience will be serving food at the organization’s “pop up restaurant,” interacting with guests and serving a complete meal including salad, main course, dessert & coffee/team.

There are two opportunities to serve with the PLUS Eastern Chapter! Please choose the date that works best for you. There are limited volunteer openings available, so if you sign-up you are committing to be there as a part of the team to serve meals. Casual clothes and comfortable shoes recommended. Volunteers are provided an apron.

  • Monday, July 16, 2018 from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
  • Monday, July 30, 2018 from 6:00-9:00 p.m.

To RSVP please email Beth Goldberg or Brian Braden.
