The PLUS New England Chapter had a gorgeous day for the rescheduled golf tournament at South Shore Country Club on August 6, 2019. Thank you to all the sponsors, golfers and volunteers for making this annual event a huge success. All proceeds benefit the PLUS Foundation, which provides grants to charities across the U.S. and Canada. This year’s golf tournament is estimated to raise more than $7,600 for the PLUS Foundation. On Thursday, May 9, the New England Chapter held a social in Boston. Over 70 attendees enjoyed networking with industry professionals at the Anthem Kitchen. The Chapter also presented two $2,500 grants from the PLUS Foundation to representatives from DOVE and Big Brother Big Sister Foundation.
DOVE provides diverse communities, families and individuals impacted by domestic violence with a broad range of preventative services, along with hope, healing, safety, and social change.
Big Brother Big Sister Foundation collects used clothing, converts them into cash and gives 100% of the profits to mentoring programs for youth.
