Northern California Chapter Supports Dress For Success

On Tuesday, October 29, the Northern California Chapter held a volunteer event at the San Francisco arm of Dress for Success. This organization helps women seeking assistance with returning to employment, providing outfits for job interviews, support with resumes and interviewing preparation, and continuing support for women who gain employment. Eleven volunteers came to help out Dress for Success. Some volunteers worked as personal shoppers in the Dress for Success boutique, helping clients choose outfits for upcoming job interviews, while others helped sort and prepared clothing donated to the boutique. This past Wednesday, February 27, was the Northern California Future PLUS social. Almost 50 people enjoyed drinks, food, networking, ping pong, and prizes at SPiN in San Francisco. Holiday Fun With the Northern California Chapter
