On Thursday, October 18, Canadian PLUS members gathered in Montreal to discuss the impact of social engineering fraud. The discussion delved into a variety of coverage issues, as well as recent Canadian and American case law on this expanding area. Over 100 people attended this breakfast workshop.
Thank you to the Canada Chapter and all who were at this great event!
Thank you to everyone who came out for a Future PLUS night on the town with lots of food, drinks, and mind-boggling trivia. Over 60 young professionals connected over trivia contests and team-building fun at Elephant & Castle Restaurant in downtown Toronto. Thanks to the Future PLUS committee and our Canadian Annual Sponsors for making this event possible.
Recently representatives from PLUS Canada presented a $5,000 grant to Ronald McDonald House BC. The organization provides accommodations for seriously ill children and their families that need to travel to Vancouver for their child’s major treatment.
This grant was made possible as part of the PLUS Foundation’s 2018 Chapter Charity initiative.
