Canada Chapter Discusses #MeToo and Board Liability

On Thursday, January 24, members of the Canada Chapter gathered in Halifax, Nova Scotia for a seminar examining the rise of the #MeToo movement and the liabilities that organizations face. The panel discussed a variety of approaches taken to assess and understand the management liabilities, employment practices liabilities, and other insurable & non-insurable risks. On Thursday, October 18, Canadian PLUS members gathered in Montreal to discuss the impact of social engineering fraud. The discussion delved into a variety of coverage issues, as well as recent Canadian and American case law on this expanding area. Over 100 people attended this breakfast workshop. Future PLUS Trivia Night a Great Success
