SW Chapter Discusses Real Estate PL
On June 28th the PLUS Southwest Chapter hosted a breakfast workshop on “Real Estate Broker Liability.” Keynote speaker Richard Mack of Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester, LLP, spoke about real estate laws, litigation, and claims that agents and insurance underwriters need to be aware of.
