PLUS has opened the call for eligible professional liability professionals to apply for the 2020 cohort of the Diversity Leadership & Mentoring Program (LAMP). An integral component of PLUS' Diversity Leadership & Mentoring Program (LAMP) is mentorship. PLUS matches each member of the LAMP Cohort with a senior-level PLUS member who mentors the LAMP participant for the duration of the program, a period of 12 months. LAMP mentors are selected from a pool of active members who work in a senior-level role at their firm and have been a member of PLUS for 10+ years.
