An integral component of PLUS’ Diversity Leadership & Mentoring Program (LAMP) is mentorship. PLUS matches each member of the LAMP Cohort with a senior-level PLUS member who mentors the LAMP participant for the duration of the program, a period of 12 months.
LAMP mentors are selected from a pool of active members who work in a senior-level role at their firm and have been a member of PLUS for 10+ years. PLUS matches interested mentors with LAMP participants based on geographic proximity (for the added benefit of in-person meetings) and other preferences such as gender and professional line experience, as indicated by the participants.
This year, nine mentors were selected to serve as mentors for LAMP:
