Kimberly Gladney, Executive Managing Director Ambridge Partners LLC

Kim Gladney is Executive Managing Director, of Ambridge Partners LLC and leads Ambridge’s North American R&W practice managing a team of underwriters in New York. Ambridge is a specialized managing general underwriter of complex risks, including transactional, tax and intellectual property insurance. Kim joined Ambridge in 2006 and has been an underwriter of transactional insurance products for nearly 16 years. Kim received a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia. 
Jason Bertoldi, Head, Contingent Risk Solutions Willis Towers Watson

Jason Bertoldi is the Head of Contingent Risk Solutions at WTW. Prior to joining WTW, Mr. Bertoldi was a member of the Litigation Investing team at the D. E. Shaw group, a global investment and technology firm with more than $60 billion in investment and committed capital. He is a former litigator at Susman Godfrey LLP, and a former law clerk for the Hon. Katherine Polk Failla of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Hon. Karen Nelson Moore of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Bertoldi received a J.D. from Yale Law School and an A.B. from Brown University.
Danielle Nieh, Senior Vice President, Head of Tax Liability
QBE North America

Danielle Nieh is Senior Vice President, Head of Tax Liability, based in Houston, Texas. In this role, she works closely with customers to ensure they have access to the customized policies and specialized expertise they need while conducting M&A transactions. Danielle focuses on underwriting both general representations and warranties insurance, as well as tax specific insurance policies.

Prior to QBE, she worked for Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP, where she practiced as a tax associate for two years. Danielle advised as tax counsel on representation and warranty insurance policies and represented clients on a variety of tax controversy matters.

Danielle received her BA in Finance from Texas A&M University and her JD from the University of Houston Law Center.
Julia Papastavridis, Managing Director

Based in New York City, Julia Papastavridis is a Managing Director on Aon’s M&A and Transaction Solutions team. Julia is an experienced corporate attorney and M&A insurance broker with a demonstrated history of work in transactional risk in the insurance industry. Before joining Aon, Julia was a senior transactional risk insurance broker at Willis Towers Watson. Julia also brings extensive experience to Aon from her prior positions as a representations & warranties insurance underwriter at AIG and at Everest. Before joining the insurance industry, Julia was a corporate M&A associate at the law firms of Kramer Levin and Dentons. She earned her J.D. from University of Michigan Law School and M.B.A. from the Institut Administration des Entreprises in Lyon, France.

Jessica Sicsu is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She is one of the leaders of the Firm’s market-leading Transactional Risk Insurance Practice, advising clients in all matters of transactional risk insurance, including with respect to the use, negotiation and execution of representations and warranties insurance policies and other transactional risk insurance products. Jessica is highly regarded by, and has developed close relationships with, brokers and insurers who are active participants in the transactional insurance market. She is a frequent speaker at industry events.
