Mid-Atlantic Chapter Supports Cradles to Crayons

On October 11, the Mid-Atlantic Chapter teamed up with Cradles To Crayons, a regional needs based organization, to help prepare individualized packages of clothing, books, toys, and necessities to children in need. The Mid-Atlantic Chapter would like to thank the PLUS Foundation and their enthusiastic membership for helping them support their local community. Northern California Chapter Supports Project Open Hand

The Northern California Chapter participated in their annual charity drive this past Monday, October 15 at Project Open Hand. Through their efforts, they were able to prep 600 pounds (1200 servings) of chicken and 3 cases of potatoes to help provide 2,500 meals to the chronically ill and elderly in San Francisco, California. At this event, members of the Northern California Chapter presented a check for one thousand dollars to Project Open Hand through the PLUS Foundation. Thank you to everyone who came out to the Revolution Brew Pub for a fantastic night of trivia, food, and fun. October 10 saw almost 100 young professionals from the Chicago area gather to connect with colleagues, enjoy good food and drink, and win prizes with their trivia expertise. The event was a huge success. Thank you to the Insurance Association of Lloyds, the Future PLUS committee, and the Midwest Chapter for making this event possible.
