Recently PLUS, in conjunction with the Midwest Chapter and the PLUS Foundation held a Women's Leadership Network (WLN) event in Chicago. Almost 100 women from the professional liability industry were in attendance at this great event. I was fortunate enough to be in attendance. (First 100 Days) Hartford Golf Tournament Raises Money for PLUS Foundation

I had the opportunity to attend the Hartford golf tournament today. It was a great event, despite the heat being well over 90 degrees. PLUS members joined to raise money for the PLUS Foundation and enjoy being with one another at a beautiful course in West Hartford. I once again reaffirmed my need for golf lessons, but really enjoyed gathering with PLUS members for this event. At the event three local charities all expressed their gratitude to the Hartford Chapter who, through the PLUS Foundation, donated to all three great causes. Yesterday I had the opportunity to attend the Women's Leadership Event in Chicago. It was an amazing event. Great venue. Great Panelist. And, wonderful professional women from various facets of the professional liability ndustry. The energy in the room was outstanding and I have no doubt this will lead to more such events in the Chicagoland area, and hopefully in other parts of the country that have not hosted such an event.
