Yesterday I had the opportunity to attend the Women’s Leadership Event in Chicago. It was an amazing event. Great venue. Great Panelist. And, wonderful professional women from various facets of the professional liability ndustry. The energy in the room was outstanding and I have no doubt this will lead to more such events in the Chicagoland area, and hopefully in other parts of the country that have not hosted such an event.
This event featured a panel of three outstanding professional women from different areas of the industry. Panelist were –

Kelley Kinsella – Senior VP & Regional Executive Officer Midwest Region, Ace Group
Darlene A. Vorachek – Partner, Abrahamsom, Vorachek & Levinsonn
The panel was moderated by Laura Zaroski – VP Management & Employment Practices Liability, Socious Insurance Services, Inc.

Kudos to Jim Stewart, Laura Zaroski, and the other volunteers from the Midwest Chapter for hosting a terrific event yesterday. Peggy, Kelley, and Darlene shared valuable insights and anecdotes with a very diverse group- it included professional women of all ages, representing various roles from both within and outside of the professional liability insurance industry.
