Canada Chapter Discusses #MeToo and Board Liability

On Thursday, January 24, members of the Canada Chapter gathered in Halifax, Nova Scotia for a seminar examining the rise of the #MeToo movement and the liabilities that organizations face. The panel discussed a variety of approaches taken to assess and understand the management liabilities, employment practices liabilities, and other insurable & non-insurable risks.
