Alice has been within the Lloyd’s market, broking for 13 years and with SR International for the last 2. She specializes in placing North American Errors and Omissions and Directors and Officers for Financial Institutions.
Alice also concentrates on broking Media liability worldwide.
Alice has a developing interest in the emerging markets space, specifically in the digital asset space.
Alice also sits on the London PLUS committee.

Jenni has been with the firm for more than 16 years and represents clients in the U.K., Bermuda, and the U.S. in connection with insurance coverage and claims issues. She also provides underwriting assistance such as drafting policy language and application questions. Jenni heads the firm’s Media Liability department and is also well-versed in the Cyber and Tech spheres as well as Employment Practices Liability. Jenni also sits on KSW’s Emerging Technology team where her concentration is in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

David Sigmundson is an associate managing director in the Cyber Risk practice, based in Toronto, Canada. In addition, he serves as a project lead in Kroll’s Litigation Support service line as well as one of the leads of Cyber Risk’s Cryptographic Asset Services team.
Dave has experience in assisting some of the world’s largest organization with complex investigations, disputes, and cyber security incidents. Dave has led and contributed to matters relating to data breaches, insider threats, malware analysis, intellectual property theft, blockchain investigations, and highly specialized investigations relating to computer systems.
