The PLUS Foundation is very pleased to announce that Ivy Kusinga, Chief Culture & Talent Officer at Chubb, is the first recipient of the Excellence in Diversity Award. This award was established in 2021 by the PLUS Foundation to recognize a member of the insurance industry who embodies the foundation mission to “support tomorrow’s diverse professional liability workforce” through their actions to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the industry. 2021 Conference Cause

Since 2004, individual PLUS members and the PLUS Foundation have together donated $772,000 to charities located in the city where the PLUS Conference is held. This year the PLUS Foundation is proud to support Attitudes & Attire, a Dallas nonprofit that develops self-esteem, workplace competences, and the confidence that are necessary for successful life and job readiness. Additionally, the Attitudes & Attire Boots to Heels program assists women in the military with their transition to civilian life and a civilian career.
