The second day of #PLUS2019 is off to a great start. The first education sessions of the day are in Potomac C and D: a mock-trial exploring cyber liability and the war exclusion, and a discussion panel on Side and event driven litigation within the D&O industry. We’ll have education sessions throughout the day today, many offering CE and CLE credits—check your agenda and make sure to get your paperwork stamped on the way into the session!

Did you get chance to try the Virtual Reality game at the Reception last night? If you didn’t, or you did and want to show off your skills, we’ll have the VR game set up in the Connections Lounge today. Come check it out and impress your colleagues! TechBytes are also happening all day today, giving you a leg up on tech knowledge in between education and networking.

Want to help out a good cause during your down time? Each year we offer attendees the opportunity to give back to the community where the Conference is held, and this year—in honor of Veteran’s Day—you can support the people serving in the military by volunteering with the local USO. Stop by Maryland Ballrooms 2 and 3 to help us prepare care packages and messages for deploying troops. Everyone is welcome to participate!

Finally, this afternoon is the PLUS Foundation Luncheon where you will hear from Former First Lady Laura Bush. This is a wonderful opportunity to hear her speak on her experiences and influential life. We’re looking forward to hearing from her.
