Meet the Speakers

Travelers
Claim Counsel located in Centennial, Colorado. Andrew is primarily responsible for claims and risk management in the West and South Regions. Aside from his primary claims handling activity, Andrew presents to Travelers insureds on a wide range of risk management and liability-related matters. Prior to joining Travelers, Andrew was an attorney in the Denver office of a large, national law firm. Before attending law school, Andrew worked for Progressive Insurance Company in the busy Los Angeles market. Andrew received his undergraduate degree from California Lutheran University and his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Andrew is licensed to practice law in Colorado.

Travelers
Alison Weinstein is a Claim Counsel with the Travelers Design Professionals program. She joined Travelers in 2019 and is based in the Hartford, CT office. Prior to joining Travelers, she was in private practice for 8 years practicing law in Connecticut and New York. She specialized in representing and defending design professionals in professional liability claims and lawsuits. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Fordham University School of Law. She handles claims and pre-claims throughout the country with a focus in the Northeast region.

Anne Myers, a 1997 graduate of Cornell Law School, is a trial attorney whose practice includes defense of claims brought against professionals, including every facet of construction litigation on behalf of contractors, owners, builders, architects, engineers and other associated professionals. Although Anne’s clients often find the claims against them dismissed on summary judgment, Anne is also a seasoned jury trial lawyer and has successfully advocated on behalf of her clients before appellate courts, including the United States Appellate Court for the Third Circuit.
